The centre of the home features an open-plan lounge and dining area furnished with luxe tropical style finishes. The entire area enjoys city views and opens with bifold doors onto the large deck area, inviting in beautiful northerly light and breezes. The lounge offers leather couch, premium TV and sound system and top of the range wood fireplace to stay cosy on cooler nights.
A spacious upstairs deck c.100sqm offering a variety of spaces with different comfortable seating, daybed and hammock options to enjoy the BBQ, summer breezes and gorgeous skyline views. Heating, cooling and full roofing make this deck a beautiful all-weather extension to the outdoors.
Unwind and rejuvenate on the lower deck where you'll find a large salt-chlorinated pool with sun lounges, a 2-person infrared sauna, fresh rainwater outdoor shower and day chairs overlooking the pool and private tropical garden.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed where you can lie and enjoy the gorgeous mountain and city views. It also features a large walk in robe, a deluxe ensuite with twin basins and shower heads and a luxury stone bath with wrap around bi-fold windows overlooking the beautiful view. The master also enjoys private access to a quiet corner of the upper deck.
In addition to the master there are three private garden view bedrooms on the main living area - the second bedroom features a queen bed and desk, the third features a king (or two king singles), while the fourth features two single beds, all with built-in robes. You will also find extras like children’s toys and games, books, portable cot, high chair and work desk.
Downstairs includes separate (lockable) studio featuring a queen bed, single bed, couch, TV, kitchenette and the property’s third bathroom with a shower and toilet. The studio has doors opening onto the pool area as well as access to a small outdoor deck and kitchenette sink.
The main bathroom has a rain and wall showerheads, separate freestanding bath, toilet with inbuilt bidet and opaque opening windows that overlook a private garden area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal, a large walk-in pantry, ample bench space, a central island with seating, filtered taps and of course a coffee machine. You'll enjoy city views from the kitchen, as well as seamless flow straight from the kitchen to the adjoining deck and outdoor table.
The spacious laundry has a washer and dryer, full size ironing board and direct access outside to a private clothesline with under cover and open air hanging options. The Master bedroom offers a clothes chute direct to the laundry.

Bedroom 5 and bathroom 3 are not automatically available for groups of six or less adult guests (please read Guest Access for more information).
The 4 bedrooms, kitchen, office and living spaces (including deck) are on one level and do not require stairs. However, to access the pool or separate studio guests must either climb stairs (inside the property) or access via separate external gates/garage, walking down a short but steep hill.
It's not only guests that enjoy Brisbane's sub tropical climate, bugs, possums and birds do too. The house is not fully screened and at certain times of the year these critters may want to join you on the deck or inside. To minimise the issue please avoid leaving food scraps around, either on the deck or in rooms, and close the bi-fold doors when sleeping.
